Jenny Beth (Syrians): This is a national security issue of the utmost importance, and I need your help right away! Please, right this minute, sign Tea Party Patriots’ national petition demanding that Congress stop Barack Obama from bringing thousands of un-vetted Syrian refugees to the United States.

Despite the fact that one of the Paris attackers repeatedly posed as a Syrian “refugee” to evade detection by French authorities, Barack Obama is still committed to bringing in thousands of refugees, regardless of the consequences. “We the People” must tell the leftist Democrats in Congress that it’s time to put party allegiance aside and do what’s best for the American people. These refugees must not be allowed into the United States until we have a way to verify that they are safe! Please sign the petition right now.

Janet: “VFP! Call to Action: Rallies-Against; Refugees Syria, 12/9/2015”

A massive Rally for Pennsylvanians from all across our State is planned for Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Capitol Building Rotunda, Harrisburg. We shall loudly make it very clear to Governor Thomas W. Wolf that we vehemently disagree with his decision to allow refugees from Syria and elsewhere in the Middle East to be resettled in Pennsylvania. Our true history, the facts and the law prove that many statements in Governor Wolf’s November 17, 2015 Letter to “Members” of the Pennsylvania House, and in his similar “Dear Constituent” Letter, are false, misleading and/or fraudulent. Please send this to as many Pennsylvanians as possible and encourage them to attend this very important Rally. (Note: more private and public sector speakers shall be added prior to the Rally.) After the Rally, we shall hand-deliver a written detailed Petition, which clearly states our documented positions, to the Governor’s Office in the Main Capitol Building. We shall also hand-deliver a letter to the office in Harrisburg of each State Senator and Representative that calls on them to pass a veto-proof statute which prohibits any State and/or County funds what-so-ever being used directly or indirectly on, or in support of, the current “federal resettlement process”/program. If you would like to have your group’s or organization’s name added to the list of those supporting this very important Rally and the two documents, please contact Raymond Bostard by e-mail at no later than Monday, December 7, 2015. We look forward to having a thousand or more Pennsylvanians attend this Rally!

Janet: “Say No to SYRIAN Refugees – Contact Legislators”

Last week’s attacks on the capitol of France by Syrian refugees and refugees from other countries as well as native born Jihadists are a harbinger of things to come for the United States.

“Isis boasted that French blood was sweet bur American Blood would be sweeter.  Isis has also boasted that the United States would be attacked in the near future. “President Obama continues to move forward with his unconstitutional plan to surge tens of thousands of Syrian Refugees into the United States even though: FBI Director James Comey testified before Congress that it was not possible for the U.S. to properly vet Syrian refugees because there were no data points that would show past activity for the majority of Syrians. “Due to the security risk to the American People the United States should immediately curtail all plans to resettle Syrian refugees and all other non-vetted Mid-eastern refugees on American soil. “If you agree please contact the office of your Senators and Congressional Representative also please contact your State Senator, Representative and Governor Wolf and sign the online petition as well! “All members of congress can be reached through the Capitol switchboard the number is: 202 224-3121 “Senator Bob Casey can be reached at: 202 224-6324 Phone 866 802-2833 Toll free 4254 202 228-0604 Fax Senator Toomey can be reached at: 814 453-3010 Phone 814 455-9925 Fax I suggest contacting the local offices as the DC switchboard is often jammed. “Yankee tanks might be used now against Israel by Sunni and Shia jihadi alike. America is now the arsenal of social democracy – and Islam.” G. Murphy Donovan

Charles Krauthammer, NRO: “Obama’s Moral Hypocrisy on the Syrian-Refugee Question Is Astounding”

Impeach Obama, not to remove him but to prevent his getting a similar job . . .

“The Syrian-refugee debate has become a national embarrassment. It begins with a president, desperate to deflect attention from the collapse of his foreign policy, retreating to his one safe zone — ad hominem attacks on critics, this time for lack of compassion toward Syrian widows and orphans.

“This, without a glimmer of acknowledgment of his own responsibility for these unfortunate souls becoming widowed and orphaned, displaced and homeless, in the first place. A quarter-million deaths ago, when Bashar al-Assad began making war on his own people, he unleashed his air force and helicopters. They dropped high explosives, nail-filled barrel bombs, and even chemical weapons on helpless civilians. President Obama lifted not a finger.

“In the earliest days, we could have stopped the slaughter: cratered Assad’s airfields, taken out his planes, grounded his helicopters, and created a nationwide no-fly zone. (We successfully maintained one over Kurdistan for twelve years between 1991 and 2003.)

“At the time, Assad was teetering. His national-security headquarters had been penetrated and bombed. High-level aides were defecting. Military officers were forming a Free Syrian Army. Against the advice of his top civilian and military aides, Obama refused to intervene. The widows and orphans he now so ostentatiously champions are the product of his coldhearted refusal to do anything that might sully his peacemaking image. . .”

Rich Lowry, NRO: “Grateful for What They Hate”

“The Paris attacks have occasioned a wide-ranging debate about what they mean and how to respond, involving Islam and its role, military strategy, and – oddly enough – how Muslims in New Jersey reacted to September 11 (thanks, Donald Trump). It’s all very interesting and, for the most part, quite important.

“At bottom, though, the import of the Paris attacks is not complicated: ISIS terrorists are enemies of our civilization.

“In Paris, they chose their target well. They assaulted a city that dates back thousands of years and has been a leading Western capital going back to the Capetians, a site of soaring endeavor (Notre Dame) and extraordinary learning (University of Paris) since the 12th century, a place representing geological layers of Western civilization, and its glories and conflicts and follies. Paris has seen its share of sectarian hatred (the St. Bartholomew’s Day massacre), violent upheavals (too many to count), and authoritarians (Napoleon Bonaparte, most notably), but it is synonymous with an appreciation for the finest things wrought by human talent and discernment. You don’t have to be fond of France’s centralizing political culture or its statist economics (I’m not) to recognize its achievements or honored place in the West. “To simplify crudely, the Western story began in the 5th century B.C. on an Athenian hillside where people sat and voted on public questions and, over the course of millennia – and with multiple, often clashing sources, from the Romans to the Catholic Church to the Enlightenment – produced our current liberal dispensation. . .”

Deroy Murdock, NRO: “Obama’s Increasingly Surreal War on ISIS”

“. . . After 15 months of airstrikes against ISIS, America finally managed to bomb 116 trucks that smuggle oil out of ISIS territory, generating some $1.2 million in clandestine cash daily. That sum buys plenty of knives for beheadings, Kalashnikovs for mass shootings, and plastique for suicide vests. France now leads the War on Terror, in the wake of ISIS’s November 13 massacre in Paris. Obama must have reckoned that, with France bombing from in front, he might as well bomb from behind.

“But even this is kinder and gentler.

“This is our first strike against tanker trucks,” Operation Inherent Resolve Colonel Steve Warren told journalists from Baghdad on November 18. (A November 23 raid destroyed 238 more trucks.) Then he added this detail:

“To minimize risks to civilians, we conducted a leaflet drop prior to the strike.” Each leaflet reads, “Get out of your trucks now, and run away from them.” It continues, “Warning: Airstrikes are coming. Oil trucks will be destroyed. Get away from your oil trucks immediately. Do not risk your life.”

“Dropping such fliers on a playground is one thing. Sparing third graders is admirable. But anyone who drives a truck full of stolen oil and helps ISIS generate some $450 million in annual revenue, deserves to die behind the wheel.

“Every ISIS oil-truck driver so spared lives another day to steer another oil truck, deliver ISIS fighters to battle, or grab an AK-47 and shoot American troops or — even worse — innocent civilians.

“As Colonel Warren further explained, these leaflets fell from the skies ‘about 45 minutes before the airstrikes actually began.’ . . .”

Erick Erickson, RCP: “Narratives Over Facts”

“. . . Last week, The New York Times stated that reports about ISIS began trickling out of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2012, during an election campaign in which Barack Obama repeatedly boasted about al-Qaida being dismantled and on the run. Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn, who was in charge of the Defense Intelligence Agency at that time, told the New York Times that the report “was disregarded by the White House.” He said, “Frankly, at the White House, it didn’t meet the narrative.”

“Less than a week later, the highly regarded reporter Catherine Herridge of Fox News reported that “analysts at U.S. Central Command were pressured to ease off negative assessments about the Islamic State.” Not only that, but sources told her that someone connected to the Obama Administration later attempted to destroy the notices to “toe the line” and cover up that Administration officials wanted reports to understate the threat.

“This is the most serious allegation so far, as more Americans realize the Obama Administration has completely underestimated the threat of ISIS. First they were a “jayvee” team and now they are just a bunch of killers. The reality is that as early as 2012, intelligence analysts were reporting that ISIS was a growing international threat on the verge of creating a terrorist nation-state. The Obama Administration ordered those reports neutered and watered down to keep the narrative going about the “jayvee” team and the winning Obama strategy. . .”

Matthew Yglesias & Zack Beauchamp, Vox: “Why John Kerry and the French president are calling ISIS ‘Daesh’”

“. . . The name “Islamic State,” as opposed to ISIS or Daesh, is at its heart a propaganda tool. By claiming to be the caliphate, ISIS is implying that it’s the only state true Muslims should obey: Around the world, they should pledge loyalty to the one and only Islamic State. This message is part of how ISIS recruits and thus keeps fighting.

“Hence why British and French authorities are moving to the more derogatory Daesh, which doesn’t imply that the group is either a real government or an authentic representation of Islamic thought. . .”

G. Murphy Donovan, American Thinker: “ISIS and US: Believers vs. Agnostics”

“. . . The Muslim kit now includes: immigration, open borders, airline sabotage, suicide bombings, beheadings, gang rape, slavery, forced conversion, iconoclasm, media manipulation, financing, and recruitment. Indeed, while the fantasy American cabal boasts 60 stealth partners, ISIS has 90 nations which actually put real fighters, and God knows what else, on the killing fields. Gruesome Jihadi tactics are now a global export.

“Eurocentric press coverage helps to atomize the threat. The jihad in black Africa is near invisible yet actually sees more casualties of late. Mali is a recent example.

Frontline recently found, filmed, and interviewed the faculty and student body of an ISIS training school in Afghanistan. Somehow, wired media shills are able to find jihadi base camps but the 17 agencies of the bloated American Intelligence Community and those uncountable DOD agencies cannot.

“So let’s grant those “nefarious characters,” as DCI Jim Clapper likes to euphemize Islamic terrorists, the obvious: serial operational victories, coherent strategy, and devastating tactics. Our purpose here is to speak of more important things, real differences between East and West in these Muslim wars, fundamental considerations like belief; indeed, the kind of faith that alters the vector of history.

“The Ummah, apostates notwithstanding, is a decentralized culture of true believers. Europe and America have no similar unifying faith or ideology. . .”

Matthew Boyle & Jordan Schachtel, Big Govt: “Exclusive: Dr. Ben Carson to Tour Refugee Camps in Jordan to Battle ‘Premature Capitulation to Violence and Evil’”

“Dr. Ben Carson boarded a flight to the Middle Eastern nation of Jordan late on Thanksgiving to embark on a tour of Syrian refugee camps there on Friday, he told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview before the trip.

“The tour–which Carson is taking so he can learn more about how to solve the refugee crisis by resettling Syrians throughout the Middle East, rather than bringing any refugees to the United States of America or placing more in Europe–means the world-leading neurosurgeon is the first 2016 GOP presidential candidate to tour refugee camps in Jordan. . .”

Fox: “Obama administration tells states they can’t refuse Syrian refugees”

“The Obama administration warned states over the Syrian refugee crisis Wednesday, telling them in a letter they do not have legal authority to refuse the refugees, and states that do not comply may be subject to enforcement action.

The letter, from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), told state resettlement officials that they may not deny benefits and services to refugees based on their country of origin or religion.

“‘Accordingly, states may not categorically deny ORR-funded benefits and services to Syrian refugees,’ the letter, dated Wednesday, says. ‘Any state with such a policy would not be in compliance with the State Plan requirements, applicable statutes, and their own assurances, and could be subject to enforcement action, including suspension and termination.’

“The letter went on to say that the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on race and national origin in all programs that receive federal financial assistance.

“‘Thus, it is not permissible to deny federally funded benefits such as Medicaid or TANF to refugees who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements,’ the letter says.

“The letter came after more than two dozen governors, mostly Republicans . . .”

Bradford Richardson, The Hill: “Obama compares Syrian refugees to pilgrims on the Mayflower”

I already thought of the similarity and noted the outcomes for the Indians . . . BO wants a job. . .

“Nearly four centuries after the Mayflower set sail, the world is still full of pilgrims – men and women who want nothing more than the chance for a safer, better future for themselves and their families,” Obama said in his weekly address Thursday. “What makes America America is that we offer that chance.”

“The president praised Americans who have offered to open their homes to refugees fleeing war-torn Syria.

“One woman from Pennsylvania wrote to me to say, ‘Money is tight for us in my household. … But I have a guest room. I have a pantry full of food. We can do this,’ ” Obama said.

“Another woman from Florida told me her family’s history dates back to the Mayflower — and she said that welcoming others is part of ‘what it means to be an American,’‘ he added.

“Obama called for citizens to put the “generosity” of America on full display by welcoming refugees into the country with arms wide open. . .”

OTHER. . .

Niall Stanage, The Hill: “GOP in panic over Trump”

“. . . The demise of Trump’s candidacy has been predicted by centrist Republicans and the media alike virtually since the day it began. But there is no empirical evidence at all to suggest it is happening.

Last month, the liberal ThinkProgress collated more than 30 predictions of the business mogul’s imminent demise. One typical example was The Washington Post’s Jonathan Capehart, who discerned “the beginning of the end of Trump” in mid-July, soon after the mogul criticized the Vietnam War record of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.)

“Despite all that, Trump has led the RealClearPolitics (RCP) polling average in a virtually unbroken spell for four months. The only person to briefly wrest the lead away from him, Dr. Ben Carson, appears to be fading. And numerous polls show Trump drawing double the support of his closest establishment-friendly rival, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.)

“Add to all this the fact that Trump’s lead over the rest of the GOP field has expanded since the terrorist attacks in Paris, and it becomes clear why anxiety among his many Republican critics is reaching new heights. . .”

Stephen Hayes, Weekly Standard: “Obama’s Intel Scandal”

“Barack Obama says he wants the truth. On November 21, the New York Times reported allegations that military intelligence officials provided the president with skewed assessments that minimized the threat from ISIS and overstated the success of U.S. efforts against the group. The Times story was an update of reporting from the Daily Beast earlier this fall. “More than 50 intelligence analysts working out of the U.S. military’s Central Command have formally complained that their reports on ISIS and al Qaeda’s branch in Syria were being inappropriately altered by senior officials,” the Beast reported in September. These analysts say their superiors regularly massaged pessimistic assessments to make them more upbeat before sending them up the chain of command. The analysts registered their grievances with the inspector general at the Pentagon, who is investigating their claims.

“Obama was asked about this investigation at a press conference on November 22. The president said he doesn’t know the details of the allegations. But he added: “What I do know is my expectation, which is the highest fidelity to facts, data—the truth.”

“The allegations are serious. We’re told by sources with knowledge of the investigation that the analysts who made them knew well in advance they’d be filing an official complaint. So they were ready when they did, providing the IG with extensive documentation—going back more than a year—to support their claims.

“Why were they so well prepared?

“Among other reasons: They’d seen such pressures before, up close. And they understood that by formalizing their complaints they would be challenging not their immediate superiors alone but in some important respects an entire system that had encouraged analysts and other national security officials to downplay the jihadist threat. . .”

Andrew Napolitano: “What To Be Thankful For”

“What if, on Thanksgiving Day, we should be most grateful that we are free creatures made in God’s image and likeness? What if we are free to reject the government?”

Mark Levin (11/26/15)

“On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show: We wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving! 63 Republicans sold us out and voted against an amendment to ban Export-Import subsidies for Iran and other terror-sponsor states. Iran was directly involved in the slaughter of American soldiers and they vote against this amendment?

“Also, Exxon Mobil is under investigation by an Attorney General in NY for possible lies about climate change – yet climate change itself isn’t even a scientific proof. We now have a criminal assault on those that produce electricity and gas in the country because the Democrat Party doesn’t believe in capitalism or America.

“Also, instead of debating about the security of America, we’re talking about how racist Republicans are and how America should allow Syrian refugees in. The debate we need to have is why won’t President Obama secure this county and unleash hell on ISIS; let’s debate how to win this war!

“Also, Donald Trump calls in to talk about his debate performance, policy positions and a question if Hillary Clinton wear a wig.

“Finally, Sen Ted Cruz calls in to discuss his plans to block the Syrian refugees and Obama’s cheap shots towards him.”
