James Brody: Our Need for Donald
I am an evolutionist, psychologist, photographer, and a political activist. At age 74, I am also newly engaged.
Cindy, my fiancée, has her BSN and superior writing skills. She is a devout Catholic, a citizen of Ghana, and is 33. We have known each other for six weeks and got engaged after a two-week’s Internet friendship.
She soon comes not to the United State but to America.
She and I believe that while environments select between participants, a more vital principle is that every living creature makes its own world. Happiness thrives on self-directed work and has limited need for rule-makers, money takers, or deal promoters. We have no use for Ryan, Clinton, Obama, McCain, or any of fifty other self-promoters.
Neither of us needs Hillary nor the cancerous government from which she, Obama, and liberal drones profit.
Donald Trump is human. He is also a free man who will make it easier for other free men to remain free.
We demand the America that used to be.
We stand with him. . .

Replay – The next debate: Sunday, 4pm.
Trump’s (deliberate?) waffling last time triggered a swarm of coaches who have covered every conceived angle of every conceived issue. The whole scene becomes very Shakespearean or Biblical – the lines and plot are known, the acting and actors become our focus as the American public moves into synchrony. I think Donald chose to miss some hanging curves to mask his overall strategy: discover her most likely thrusts, gamble she will repeat them, and treat the *itch like she has deserved for 20 years!
It’s coming . . .
“Donald Trump’s not the only one who needs to do a better job in tonight’s debate: Hillary Clinton also owes the voters more than her ticket’s been offering.
“Trump’s goals are obvious: Don’t waste viewers’ time playing defense on the personal side issues that no one who might vote for you even cares about — your taxes, old remarks and so on.
“Tell the public what you want to do for the nation and how you’ll do it. Hit Clinton on her record and her promised plans.
“Clinton, meanwhile, owes the nation a lot more clarity and detail on those plans. Otherwise, if Trump does up his game, she’s going to wind up looking as silly as Sen. Tim Kaine did last week in his debate with Gov. Mike Pence. . .”
Monica Langley, WSJ: “Donald Trump Says Campaign Not in Crisis, and There Is ‘Zero Chance I’ll Quit’”
“GOP presidential candidate tells The Wall Street Journal ‘support I’m getting is unbelievable’
“. . . “I never, ever give up,” Mr. Trump said. He also said his campaign isn’t in crisis: “The support I’m getting is unbelievable, because Hillary Clinton is a horribly flawed candidate.”
“Mr. Trump said the commotion over his remarks will blow over as it did in other instances, such as after his attacks on Sen. John McCain and his proposed ban on Muslims
“About his sexually charged statements caught on tape, Mr. Trump said, “People get it. They get life.”
“Asked about the reaction of the two women with whom he is closest, wife Melania Trump and daughter Ivanka Trump, he replied: “I was with Ivanka yesterday; I’m with Melania now. They fully understand, and they’re very loyal.”
“Unlike in a video he taped and released last night, Mr. Trump, who spoke on Saturday from his Manhattan home in Trump Tower, offered no apologies in the Journal interview, but rather went on the offensive. “Go behind closed doors of the holier-than-thou politicians and pundits and see what they’re saying. I look like a baby.”
Stephen Kruiser, PJM: “Giuliani: Trump Ready for GOP Insiders vs. Outsiders War”
“Via The Hill:
‘Top Donald Trump adviser Rudy Giuliani said the ongoing internal struggle within the Republican Party over Trump’s offensive remarks about women is a battle between establishment politicians and outsiders.’”
Patrick Howley, Breitbart: “Paul Ryan Shouted Down by Trump Supporters in Wisconsin”
“House Speaker Paul Ryan was shouted down by chants of “Trump” at his Fall Fest event Saturday in Wisconsin.
“Ryan, who kicked off the speech talking about the “elephant in the room,” said that Trump’s banter with Billy Bush before taping an Access Hollywood segment in 2005 was “a troubling situation.”
“The chants for ‘Trump’ start at about the 6:40 mark in the video below.
Ryan was joined onstage by Wisconsites Ron Johnson and Scott Walker after the ‘Trump’ shouts began, at the end of Ryan’s speech. Some also shouted, ‘God bless Trump,’ and ‘See ya, Paul! Jackass!’. . .”
CLINTON VICTIMS UNITE: (Drudge 10/9/16)
Michael Patrick Leahy, Breitbart: “Administration Rushes More Than 900 Refugees Into U.S. On Consecutive Days, On Track for 185,000 in FY 2017”
“. . .In the first six days of October, the Obama administration resettled 3,062 refugees in the country, according to the Department of State’s interactive website.
The second consecutive day of more than 900 new refugee arrivals raised the daily average or arriving refugees to 510 refugees per day for the first six days of FY 2017 (see chart). If that rate continues for the next 359 days of FY 2017, the Obama administration would resettle 185,000 refugees in the country, 75,000 more than the 110,000 he proposed to Congress for FY 2017, and 100,000 more than the 84,995 refugees resettled in FY 2016. . .”
Peter Hasson, Daily Caller: “Leaked Emails Show Clinton Campaign Coordinating With Soros Organization”
“. . . Soros, who has given almost $10 million to Clinton super PAC Priorities USA, is a major funder of Black Lives Matter. The Washington Times reported in August that Soros has given at least $33 million to the group through the Open Society Foundations (OSF), which he funds and controls.
Both OSF and Clinton have called to crack down on police officers’ “implicit bias.”
As reported by The Daily Caller last month, internal OSF documents say the mainstreaming of “implicit bias” is meant to serve as a foundation from which to overhaul the nation’s anti-discrimination laws and make it easier to file racial discrimination lawsuits by eliminating the need to prove intent.
