Janet: Sample Ballot
Here is a list of districts in Chester County to see your sample ballot for Nov. 8. Please note the second page! Vote NO on this item. They are trying to increase the retirement age of judges. (Their next job?)
The Pa. Constitution already has a mandatory retirement age of 70!
On the Montgomery ballot it’s the question on the right side.
“THIEL: I don’t agree with everything Donald Trump has said and done, and I don’t think the millions of other people voting for him do either. Nobody thinks his comments about women were acceptable, but I don’t think the voters pull the lever in order to endorse a candidate’s flaws. It’s not a lack of judgment that leads Americans to vote for Trump. We’re voting for Trump because we judge the leadership of our country to have failed. This judgment has been hard to accept for some of the country’s most fortunate, socially prominent people. It’s certainly been hard to accept for Silicon Valley, where many people have learned to keep quiet if they dissent from the coastal bubble…”
Victor Davis Hanson, NRO: “The Clintons — At the End of All Things”
“Epic greed, power, and pride: Where’s the bottom? With Bill and Hillary, there’s no telling.
“What was the Clinton telos? The end point, the aim of all their lying, cheating, criminality, dishonor, and degradation? Given the latest Wiener scandals coming on top of the latest WikiLeaks scandals, we wonder, what did the Clintons really wish to end up as — and why? Are they Goethe’s Faust or tortured souls crushed by the weight of their money bags in Dante’s Fourth Circle of Hell?
“For a few criminals, remorse comes with old age; but for the Clintons, near-70 was to be the capstone, the last chance to trump all their prior shenanigans. They were artists of amorality, and the election of 2016 was to be their magnum opus.
“Collate the FBI reopened investigation, WikiLeaks Podesta trove, revelations about the Clinton Foundation, the e-mail–server scandal, the DNC disclosures, and the various off-the-cuff campaign remarks of Bill and Hillary Clinton, and one then ponders what was the point of the Clinton shakedowns, the loss of reputation, the crude lawbreaking, as they neared their seventh decade. To paraphrase Barack Obama, in his progressive sermonizing on making enough money, did the two ever think they had enough money, enough honors, enough power already?
“The Hillary/Bill fortune — generated by pay-for-play influence peddling on the proposition that Bill would return to the White House under Hillary’s aegis and reward friends while punishing enemies — hit a reported $150 million some time ago, a fortune built not on farming, mining, insurance, finance, high-tech, or manufacturing, but on skimming off money. The Clintons are simply grifters whose insider access to government gave them the power to make rich people richer.
“Long gone was the Scrooge-like need to write off used underwear as charitable tax deductions or to play 4-trillion-to-one odds in rigging a $100,000 cattle-futures profit on a $1,000 “investment,” or Hillary’s decade-and-a-half as a corporate lawyer masquerading as a children’s advocate. How pathetic the minor league Whitewater cons must seem now to the multimillionaire Clintons — such a tawdry ancient example of amateurish shakedowns when compared with the sophistication of real profiteering through the humanitarian-sounding, high-brow, corrupt Clinton Foundation.
“So the Clintons finally got their millions and what such millions can ensure for their separate lifestyles. They have at last beautiful gated estates, tasteful and secluded from hoi polloi, light years away from Arkansas and the Rose Law Firm. Progressive Chelsea married a multimillionaire hedge-fund operator whose father served five years in federal prison for bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud. Her parents’ profiteering can allow Chelsea to announce, perhaps even sincerely, that she is not interested in money. . .”
“RUSH: What is all anybody wants to know? Is this gonna have an effect on the election? That’s all anybody wants to know. And I’m gonna tell you, yes! And, if you don’t believe that, just listen to the Democrats… The Democrat Party could have nominated anybody, but they stuck with Hillary Clinton because they owed her. You know the drill on that. They chose, in other words, to nominate the subject of a criminal investigation. This criminal investigation has been going on for a long time, not just the emails, but the Clinton Foundation. This is all on the Democrats. Everything they are facing today is all on them. Comey is not to blame.”

Paul Joseph Watson, Info Wars: “IS WIKILEAKS ABOUT TO RELEASE HILLARY’S 33,000 DELETED EMAILS?”
“Kim Dotcom: Clinton in “serious trouble” with new info about to leak
“Internet security expert Kim Dotcom says that Hillary Clinton is in “serious trouble,” with new information set to leak that some speculate could be a Wikileaks release of Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 deleted emails.
“There’s unpublished material, yet to come out. Clinton is in serious trouble,” the Megaupload founder tweeted last night.
“Kim Dotcom’s promise is worthy of attention given his long standing relationship with Wikileaks and Julian Assange. During an interview with Bloomberg in May 2015, Dotcom (real name Kim Schmitz) acknowledged, ‘I love to talk to them’.
“He also predicted that Julian Assange would be Hillary’s worst nightmare in 2016 ‘because he has access to information,’ a forecast that very much came true. . .”
Roger Simon, PJM: “Last Call for the NeverTrumpers”
“Now that we seem to be having a non-stop stream of evidence (as if we needed it) that the Obama and forthcoming Clinton administrations are basically a crime syndicate, stretching from the Department of Justice, through the FBI, and into the IRS — and an international one at that, with tentacles, via the Clinton Foundation, all the way to Moscow and Riyadh — it’s time for the NeverTrumpers to take a final look at their position.
“Do they want to enable such a crime syndicate to be running the U.S. government? And if so, how do they expect it ever to end, if not now? Through litigation? Under whose auspices? Do they not think, if Hillary is elected, that the paramount goal of her administration will be to further entrench the syndicate, making it impermeable to change, turning the USA into the ghost of itself? These things happen in history.
“Not simple, is it?
“If I were writing my book on moral narcissism today, I would have to add a chapter on the NeverTrumpers, because — like it or not — their stance, while once idealistic, at this point seems rather too substantially based on self-regard. They want to have ‘clean hands’ to avoid any tarnishing by the unseemly Mr. Trump. . . .”
Rushbo: “WikiLeaks Dumps on Donna Brazile”
“RUSH: Donna Brazile will not be back on CNN, at least for the foreseeable future. The latest WikiLeaks document dump indicates that Donna Brazile has been sharing questions of upcoming debates with Democrats, Hillary Clinton, for a long time. Now, she said that she knows persecution ’cause she’s “a Christian woman.” That didn’t help Christian bakeries. It didn’t help Christian photography shops. It didn’t help Christian pizzerias.
“It was okay to persecute them, but Donna Brazile says, “As a Christian woman, I know what it is to be persecuted, and I will not be!” Well, now there’s information that she didn’t do it just once, but a whole bunch of times. CNN has said she won’t be back, that they are very uncomfortable learning what is now coming out. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t CNN, when this first happened, deny ever giving Donna Brazile the questions on debates that they were having? Didn’t CNN say it can’t possibly be true about Donna Brazile?
“This is after the first WikiLeaks leak, which indicated she had passed on one question. This was last week. And my memory is that CNN exonerated her by saying, “No, no, no, no, no. She couldn’t have, because we didn’t give her the questions.” Well, now they’re troubled at CNN to the point that Ms. Brazile will not be returning to CNN. So I guess she’s now gotta be content running the Democrat National Committee. (interruption) They’re blaming Roland Martin? Roland Martin’s being blamed? That’s the guy over at New York One. . .”
Sarah Wheaton, Politico: “White House’s Earnest says he won’t defend Comey”
“But he won’t ‘criticize’ him, either.
“White House press secretary Josh Earnest said repeatedly on Monday that he would “neither defend nor criticize” FBI Director James Comey’s disclosures of the new Hillary Clinton email developments.
“But Earnest’s non-defense was more emphatic than his non-criticism.
“Earnest did reiterate that President Barack Obama thinks Comey is a man of “integrity” who didn’t do anything to ‘intentionally’ influence the impending election when he offered Congress sketchy details about a new line of inquiry into the scandal over Clinton’s use of a private email server at the State Department.
But no less than the ‘strength of American democracy’ depends on longstanding Justice Department guidelines about discussing investigations, Earnest said. They’re the same guidelines Comey seem to have veered from on Friday with his letters to lawmakers and FBI staff. Earnest also essentially acknowledged that his ‘institutional constraints’ as the president’s spokesman were the last thing holding him back.
“The president believes that our democracy has been very well served for more than two centuries by officials at the Department of Justice and the FBI observing longstanding traditions that limit public discussion of investigations, whether an election is around the corner or not,” Earnest said. He later added, “Those norms are important because they protect the rights of people who are being investigated. . .”
Tyler Durden, ZeroHedge: “Wikileaks Warns It Is Launching ‘Phase Three’ of Its Election Coverage”
“On Sunday night, Wikileaks enigmatically tweeted that it would launch “phase 3 of [its] US election coverage” in the coming week. The site put politicians on notice Sunday evening in a tweet that also included a plea for donations.
“We commence phase 3 of our US election coverage next week. You can contribute: https://shop.wikileaks.org/donate @WLTaskForce” the whistleblower website announced moments ago.”
Geoff Earle, UK Daily Mail:” Now Huma is just ‘one of my staffers’ after close aide gets left behind on Ohio campaign trip while Hillary keeps up her war on the FBI in defiance of White House backing for Comey”
“- Hillary Clinton flew to swing state Ohio Monday after an intensive Florida push over the weekend
– She once again blasted the FBI for announcing it is reopening its investigation of her emails just days before the elections
– ‘There is no case here,’ she said – just at the time Comey was backed by the White House which said he was NOT trying to influence the election
– She said investigators should look at her ‘staffer’s’ emails ‘by all means’
– Abedin stayed behind in New York as Clinton flew to campaign
– Democrats who back her are furious at FBI Director James Comey and accuse him of meddling in the election
– On Saturday and Sunday, Clinton hammered the FBI for reopening its inquiry into her email scandal
– Clinton now trying to paint Trump as in danger of starting nuclear war”
Devlin Barrett, WSJ: “FBI in Internal Feud over Hillary Clinton Probe”
“Laptop may contain thousands of messages sent to or from Mrs. Clinton’s private server
“The latest development began in early October when New York-based FBI officials notified Andrew McCabe, the bureau’s second-in-command, that while investigating Mr. Weiner for possibly sending sexually charged messages to a teenage minor, they had recovered a laptop. Many of the 650,000 emails on the computer, they said, were from the accounts of Ms. Abedin, according to people familiar with the matter.
“Those emails stretched back years, these people said, and were on a laptop that hadn’t previously come up in the Clinton email probe. Ms. Abedin said in late August that the couple were separating.
The FBI had searched the computer while looking for child pornography, people familiar with the matter said, but the warrant they used didn’t give them authority to search for matters related to Mrs. Clinton’s email arrangement at the State Department. Mr. Weiner has denied sending explicit or indecent messages to the minor.
In their initial review of the laptop, the metadata showed many messages, apparently in the thousands, that were either sent to or from the private email server at Mrs. Clinton’s home that had been the focus of so much investigative effort for the FBI. Senior FBI officials decided to let the Weiner investigators proceed with a closer examination of the metadata on the computer, and report back to them. . .”
Chuck Ross, Daily Caller: “Report: DOJ Tried Repeatedly To Kill FBI’s Clinton Foundation Investigation”
“. . . Prosecutors with the U.S. attorneys office in the Eastern District of New York — which Loretta Lynch led before taking over as attorney general last year — refused to allow FBI investigators probing the Clinton family charity to review emails found on devices turned over this year by two of Clinton’s lawyers during the separate investigation into the mishandling of classified information on Clinton’s private email system.
“The rationale, according to The Journal, was that the devices were covered by partial immunity and limited-use agreements that the Clinton lawyers — Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson — agreed to with the DOJ. Information recovered from the laptops could only be used in the email investigation and not in others. . .”
Debra Heine, PJM: “WikiLeaks: Former State Dept. Official Says ‘Every G*d D*mn Cabinet Officer and WH Staff ‘Uses Their Gmail Account’”
“A former top State Department official who worked under Hillary Clinton told John Podesta that the use of private email accounts by Obama administration officials is widespread. “Btw you know as well as I every g*d d*mn cabinet officer and WH staff uses [their] gmail account!” Tom Nides, the former deputy secretary of state for management and resources, wrote to Clinton’s campaign chair in a March 2015 email released by WikiLeaks.
“Nides advised Podesta on how the campaign should handle the Clinton email scandal. “For what it’s worth. There is only one thing that needs to be done on this email thing. (Which I am sure nobody wants to do). Get a state dept career lawyer to go through all the emails and pull the official ones. I know all the reasons not to do it but it’s going to happen so we should do it,” he wrote to Podesta.”
Michael Ledeen, PJM: “Who’s Putin For?”
“I keep wondering why so many smart people believe Vladimir Putin is doing everything possible to win the election for Donald Trump. If I were Putin, I think I’d prefer Hillary. Bigtime.
“Putin’s got a lot going with Hillary. His pals donated more than a hundred million dollars to the Clinton Family Foundation while she was secretary of state, and they gained ownership of twenty percent of America’s uranium supply. If Putin were really trying to elect Trump, he’d be leaking the details of that relationship. But no, the big story broke more than a year ago in the New York Times, and isn’t one of the major themes of the WikiLeaks archives.
“Ergo, those who think WikiLeaks is part of a Russian deception—and I’m quite prepared to believe that—have to explain why the most devastating information about Hillary comes from the Democrats’ favorite daily newspaper.
“Plus, if I were Putin and really wanted Hillary elected, I’d be inclined to openly endorse Trump, on the theory that most U.S. voters would reason “if Putin likes the guy, we’re better off without him.”
Mark Levin, 11/1/16
“On Monday’s Mark Levin show, It’s Loretta Lynch who should resign and who is obstructing justice. Why all the attention on James Comey? This attorney general and staff tried to get the FBI to back off the Clinton Foundation investigation. Also, Lynch had a completely unethical meeting with Bill Clinton in Phoenix. What we have here is an election cover up by Lynch and the DOJ who think they can pull one over the American people. The FBI is now looking into 650,000 emails related to Hillary Clinton found on a laptop used by Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner. Lynch wanted Comey not to tell anybody or correct the record until after the election.
“In addition, do we want to try to hold onto our republic or do we want to become a banana republic? Hillary Clinton is a dangerous woman. Could you imagine her being in charge of the DOJ? This election is about damage control. Any country without a good justice system is not worth anything. If Hillary gets elected there will be a constitutional crisis. Hillary must be stopped or conservatives and the rest of the country will regret it. We need to get back to a normal governing system without all the fraud, cronyism and corporatism. Donald Trump is no constitutional conservative but he is certainly not Hillary. A vote for Trump is a principled choice. Stopping Hillary gives our country another shot.
“Finally, Mike Pence calls in to talk about the state of the Trump campaign.”
