Jenny Beth Martin: Tea Party Patriots along with Freedom Works

“For seven years Republican leaders in Congress promised us full repealSeven years. In fact, there has probably never been a greater political promise made by any political party for this many years. And yet, here we stand, on the verge of the biggest betrayal imaginable. It’s like an episode of House of Cards – Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, lobbyists for the pharmaceutical companies and the insurance companies, the cronies at the Chamber of Commerce, and all of the spineless Republicans (including some governors across the country) who want the money to keep flowing, have all joined forces to keep Obamacare in place – forever.

“This is not a drill.

“This is not a joke.

“I know we all have a lot going on in life, but if you want to repeal Obamacare, this is it. If you were thinking about attending the TPP/FreedomWorks Day of Action in D.C. on March 15th, but you weren’t sure, know that Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell’s plan is to jam through their fake repeal bill as quickly as possible. Our Day of Action may be the last chance we have to all gather in D.C. together before they ram it through. RSVP here!

Senator Rand Paul, Breitbart: “Exclusive — Rand Paul: Let’s ‘Smash’ Paul Ryan’s Obamacare Lite ‘to Smithereens’”

“. . .It is, plain and simple, about getting more money to the insurance companies and running more of your life from Washington.

“I am a career physician. I spent years training and learning to be a doctor. I did it for patients. I don’t give a flip about guaranteeing the profits of insurance companies. And as a Senator, I shouldn’t, either.

“But in Washington, somehow, the whole debate seems to be about getting people insurance instead of getting people health care.

“Insurance doesn’t equate to health care. Just ask all the Obamacare recipients with $6,000 deductibles.

“I’m sick of the insurance companies putting me on hold and telling me to talk to their representative in a foreign country.  Screw that.

“I’m sick of the government telling me I have to buy their crappy product, and I’m sick of watching us go into more and more debt to do it.

“We need a new way, and Obamacare Lite isn’t it.

“I want the consumer (aka patient) to be king. I want to empower the patient to get the health care they want at the price they want.

“I want to let every American be able to join a co-op to buy their health care. When that happens, the buying power returns to the patients.

“Instead of patients having to kiss the boots of insurance company executives, my plan would have insurance executives come on bended knee to the patient.

“The patient would be king. . .”

Janet: Obama Care:

There are no more excuses for not repealing Obamacare. Establishment Republicans are, nonetheless, dragging their feet on what was a major campaign promise. We are hearing that liberals are calling Congress in massive numbers to ensure the survival of socialist medicine and the ‘death panel’. Conservatives must act asap.

The deadline to repeal Obamacare, with the reconciliation process that allows passage in the Senate with only 51 votes (Republicans have 52), is April 28, 2017.

Please be aware that repeal must come first, then, replace. A transition period is included in the repeal effort that gives Obamacare insurers and insured the time to transition to a replacement plan. Combining repeal and replace significantly jeopardizes the repeal process.

Friends, this is Citizens for Liberty/Valley Forge Patriots last event at the fire company until October(we will be hosting numerous outdoor activities in between times). We hope you join us on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5:

*Concerned Veterans 4 America’s mission statement:

To advocate for policies that will preserve the freedom and liberty that we and our families so proudly fought and sacrificed to defend.

The goal of Concerned Veterans for America is to translate the experience, concerns and hopes unique to veterans and their families into a common vision of freedom. We apply this unique perspective to speak out on issues that threaten to cripple not only our economic and national security, but the spirit of opportunity and liberty that all Americans cherish.

We are driven to organize and amplify that perspective to both the American people and our leaders in Washington.

*Northeast Church Security Network:

To provide a PRO-ACTIVE, HANDS-ON approach to places of worship security. To teach individuals the proper technique(s) for said action during an active shooter situation, a violent disruption, and a life threatening medical emergency. A unique emergency preparedness/first aid kit is needed for these instances. We explain exactly HOW to use, for example, a tourniquet, in such a dire situation. And to explain a proper evacuation procedure without causing harm or havoc.

-Now that we know the horrors and the amount of places of worship violence, even in our OWN communities, let us find out what we can EXACTLY do!

*Personal Emergency Preparedness/First Aid 101.

For home and outdoor use.

We will find out exactly what a “bug out” bag is, and what it should contain. What if you and your loved ones were forced out of your home due to a community or personal catastrophe? This, as well as other man-made, and environmental disaters will be addressed, and how to cope. A brief first aid lesson will be provided, as well as what plants are edible and poisonous, and what can be used if no medical emergency kit is available for your immediate use. This is an interactive presentation.

Our keynote speakers:

-Eve Allen; Director: Concerned Veterans 4 America-PA

-David Outland; Director: Northeast Church Security Network

-James Zerbe; Partner, Senior Board Member, Sergeant-at-Arms, Chaplain: Citizens for Liberty

-7-9p.m. (doors open at 6:30)

“The current Ryan Plan — “Obamacare Lite” — is not about patients. It isn’t about better health care. It isn’t about lowering costs.

“It is, plain and simple, about getting more money to the insurance companies and running more of your life from Washington.” Senator Rand Paul

Sen. Rand Paul, Breitbart: “Exclusive — Rand Paul: Let’s ‘Smash’ Paul Ryan’s Obamacare Lite ‘to Smithereens’”

“Look, I’m a “glass is half full” kind of guy. You have to be. I try to stay positive. I try to keep thinking maybe, maybe someday CONGRESS will remember the vision of our Founding Fathers … and that those we elect will represent us, not the special interests.

“But Washington politicians are so far gone that the Constitution is not even an afterthought, and their master seems to be whatever industry funds them.

“It doesn’t have to be this way. We just had an election about change, about draining the swamp. President Trump promised to be different, and I believe he sincerely wants to be. But he is being taken for a ride through the swamp right now on “Obamacare Lite.”

“For four STRAIGHT elections, REPUBLICANS ran on repealing Obamacare, and now “Republican orthodoxy” — I’m told — is keeping insurance subsidies, mandates, taxes, and insurance company bailouts.

“That’s not acceptable to me. And it isn’t keeping our promise. . .”

Docs reveal Obama defrauding mortgage investors

“Guided by a CPA, who worked for two years for a major U.S. accounting firm as an outside auditor for Freddie Mac, has documented in the Treasury Department’s 2013 financial reports how the Obama administration diverted into Obamacare billions of dollars that Treasury confiscated from Freddie and Fannie earnings.

“On Aug. 17, 2012, the Obama administration finalized the amendment of the Treasury Department’s Senior Preferred Stock Agreements with Fannie and Freddie that deprived private and institutional investors of their legally due dividend payments.

“This enabled the Obama Treasury Department to confiscate billions of dollars in Fannie and Freddie earnings, in what is known as the “Net Worth Sweep,” or NWS. . .”

Robert Eno, Conservative Review: “Seriously! We can stop RINOcare by this Thursday. Here’s how”

“This is the week that Paul Ryan’s, R-Wisc (F, 51%) RINOcare legislation may hit a brick wall. The House Committee on the Budget is scheduled to meet on Thursday morning, to take up RINOcare. The meeting was originally scheduled for Wednesday but was postponed due to the East Coast snowstorm. If the three members of the committee who belong to the House Freedom Caucus stand firm, there is only a one vote margin between passage and defeat. There are members on the committee who have made opposition to Obamacare regulations and Medicaid expansion a significant portion of their campaign rhetoric.

“Last week, RINOcare sailed through the Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce Committees. Both of those committees are stacked with leadership loyalists. But the leadership can’t stack every committee and that’s why RINOcare will face its most significant test this week.

“Because Speaker Paul Ryan has chosen to use the budget reconciliation process as the vehicle for his RINOcare legislation, the proposal must go through the budget committee. That’s where it runs into a significant problem.

“The House Committee on the Budget is made up of 36 members. Republicans hold 22 of the seats on the committee, an eight-member majority. That should be smooth sailing for a Republican sponsored bill, but it’s not.

“Assuming that the 14 Democratic members of the committee vote no, here’s why the legislation faces a serious challenge to passage.

“There are three members of the House Freedom Caucus (HFC) on the budget committee. Dave Brat, R-Va. (A, 100%)  Mark Sanford, R-S.C. (A, 90%), and Gary Palmer, R-Ala. (A, 100%). HFC has vociferously opposed RINOcare, and it is expected that, barring any significant changes,  that those three members will vote no. That means RINOcare hangs by a one-vote thread. It takes just one of the other 18 GOP members to kill the bil, via a tie, or hold out for significant changes.. . “

“Shares bizarre details about hacked computer as she investigated scandals

It was one of those pictures which are so contrived that the eyes follow you about when you move. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU, the caption beneath it ran.” – George Orwell, “1984”

WASHINGTON – The woman who is perhaps the nation’s top investigative journalist is fighting back against Big Brother.

“Sharyl Attkisson shared with WND a detailed and harrowing description of what it was like to experience a reality straight out of Orwell: The reporter claims she was spied on by the Obama administration while investigating its scandals.

“What tipped her off?

“Imagine what it must be like to watch your computer turn itself on and off.

“That’s one visible sign I noticed over many months,” Attkisson told WND in an email interview.

“At the time, I suspected it was some sort of phishing program seeking my passwords and contacts, and was confident my computer had sufficient protections. I never suspected it was connected to an intrusion of my systems until sources and forensics told me that it was.’ . . .”

Star Tribune: “Poland confirms Minnesota man as Nazi commander”

“WARSAW, Poland — Poland will seek the arrest and extradition of a Minnesota man after confirming he was a Nazi unit commander suspected of ordering the killing of 44 Poles during World War II, a prosecutor said Monday.

“Robert Janicki said that various evidence gathered in years of investigation into U.S. citizen Michael K. confirmed “100 percent” that he was a commander of a unit in the SS-led Ukrainian Self Defense Legion, which is accused of burning villages and killing civilians in Poland.

“The Associated Press has identified the man as 98-year-old Michael Karkoc, from Minneapolis.

“Karkoc’s family denies that he was involved in any war crimes.

“Prosecutors of the state National Remembrance Institute have asked a regional court in Lublin, Poland, to issue an arrest warrant for Karkoc. If granted, Poland would seek his extradition, as Poland does not allow trial in absentia, Janicki said. . .”

Byron York, Washington Examiner: “New Trump executive order hurts Hawaii’s feelings”

“President Trump’s second executive order temporarily halting entry into the U.S. for some people from a few terror-plagued countries. The new actions promise to be rehashes of the states’ earlier suits against Trump’s original order. Washington State, for example, which managed to stop the first order, has gone so far as to argue the new order and the now-rescinded original measure are identical, and has asked a judge to simply apply his emergency stop to the new order as if nothing has changed.

“But the first state to file suit against the new order, Hawaii, has taken a new tack from the suit it filed on Feb. 3 against Trump’s original order. The new Hawaii suit, which will come before a federal judge on March 15, relies not only on claims of economic damages to the state resulting from the Trump order but also on claims of damages to Hawaii Muslims’ feelings and perceptions of the world. . .”

Sean Hannity, Fox: “Trump must purge deep-state bureaucrats now”

“Deep-state Obama holdovers embedded like barnacles in the federal bureaucracy are hell-bent on destroying President Trump. It’s time for the Trump administration to purge these saboteurs.

“Back to 1861, President Abraham Lincoln created a so-called “team of rivals,” a cabinet of adversaries that he ran against in the Republican primary. But while Lincoln sought to unify his party through these cabinet selections, he also cleaned house in the federal government. He fired more than 75 percent of executive branch employees, at the time nearly 1,200 people. Why? He had reason to fear they could be disloyal.

“President Trump would do well to follow Lincoln’s example and a fire anyone and everyone who is actively working against him in government.

“After all, even former president Bill Clinton utilized this tactic back in 1993. He fired all 93 U.S. attorneys. According to Conservative Review’s Daniel Horowitz, sacking subversive government employees is best done at the start of an administration.

“Clinton easily fired all 93 U.S. attorneys on Day 1,” Horowitz noted. “Nobody blinked an eye. “Yet when Bush’s attorney general fired eight U.S. attorneys well into his second term, well, that became a national scandal.”

Climate – WSJ: “We Shouldn’t Always Have Paris”

“The case for pulling out of Obama’s global climate accord.

“President Trump is expected as soon as next week to order the Environmental Protection Agency to rescind its Clean Power rule that is blocked by the courts. But the President faces another test of political fortitude on whether to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord.

“That’s suddenly uncertain. Mr. Trump promised to withdraw during the presidential campaign, correctly arguing that the accord gave ‘foreign bureaucrats control over how much energy we use.’ His transition team even explored strategies for short-cutting the cumbersome, four-year process of getting out of the deal.

“But the President’s is now getting resistance from his daughter, Ivanka, and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who are fretting about the diplomatic ramifications. No doubt many countries would object, and loudly, but this risk pales compared to the potential damage from staying in the accord. . .’”
